The morning staff here is amazing! They brought my Uber Eats pickup order out to the speaker at the back door. This allowed me to skip the long line and leave quickly with my hot food, instead of waiting behind customers who were still getting their orders ready. I really appreciate this extra effort, as it helps me deliver hot meals to my customers. All McDonald's locations should adopt this approach since we can no longer enter the restaurant to pick up prepared orders due to COVID.

This message is meant for all the McDonald's locations in Lee's Summit. Thank you for reinstating most of your menu and for always greeting us with a smile during these challenging times. Our family typically only visits for breakfast, and it has now been around seven months since you’ve had biscuits and gravy available. Our three kids would like to humbly request the return of this dish. Sincerely, a dietitian who is navigating public embarrassment for her children's “wants.”

Typically, the service here is quick and friendly. However, be cautious on weekends. Even if everything appears correct on the screen and the receipt, it's always a good idea to double-check your order!

The staff were truly delightful and charming. They brought all our food to the table and even apologized for the brief wait, which was hardly more than five minutes after we placed our order. When I realized that my grilled chicken sandwich was actually fried, I mentioned it at the counter, and they quickly replaced it with the correct sandwich and even included some complimentary cookies as a gesture of goodwill. From the person who took our order to the two different staff members and the manager who served our meals, everyone kept a cheerful demeanor, even during the busy lunch rush. I can only imagine they provide excellent customer service training, or perhaps they are fortunate to have such a wonderful team working together at one location!
