Panda Express - Lees Summit

Dakota was incredibly kind and professional when I went in to get some food tonight. He was the life of the party and was energetic even at the end of his shift. Amazing customer service!

Alexus was quite disappointing! If you want to have a specific spot for customers to line up, please put up a sign and avoid arguing with those just trying to place an order. Moreover, it seems like she only pays attention to customers who have been waiting for more than 5 minutes. She didn't even recognize me, yet she immediately helped the guy who walked in after me. I’ll definitely consider going somewhere else next time.

For some reason, the food here doesn't taste as good as at other Panda Express locations. It doesn't seem as fresh, and the chicken teriyaki isn't chopped as well as it is at the other places.

Today wasn't as good as my previous visits. The portions were small, and the side dishes were overcooked and difficult to chew.

Everyone should read the great history of this company. The sacrifices made to grow. Still family owned, not public and no franchisees...
