Pizza Hut - Lee's Summit

Pizza was not what we expected. Toppings were very sparse as was cheese. Not very tasty. We have not been to Pizza Hut for years. Papa Murphy’s much better.

I did not receive what I ordered and paid for. I contacted customers service and she patched me to the female manager who ignored me and hung up. I did not want a free pizza. I wanted them to pick up the pizza they delivered and send me the correct order but the female mgr hung up on me and the customer service rep who was on the phone line with us. I am so disappointed in this manager. She is unprofessional and has no clue how to provide the least amount of customer service. I will never ever order your pizza again.

Phone doesn't work, app doesn't work, website doesn't work, and corporate doesn't answer.

It took them over an hour to make one medium pizza and it still wasn't ready when I went in to pick it up.
