Sonic Drive-in - Lee's Summit

Lewis in passing needs a nap! This person should probably not go through! No very good personality for customer service. Does anyone else serve a dive? I guess we're lucky this man showed up for work!

I've read that people get really good service here, but for some reason not. They were not even mixed for 25 minutes for 2 cream slurries. No excuse for our waiting.

We stayed here on the way home from a bike tour to the John Dyke All Inclusive playground, which is close to Legacy Park. The staff that served us was very friendly and accepted all our request with a smile. Food is good, and they make our daughter happy because the Poppy finger toys included in their children's meal. So it's a good experience.

This Sonic was super easy to work with for a big group order of drinks. They custom labeled every drink and had everything ready to go for us by the expected pick up time. Best Sonic in LS! Thanks for being awesome!

Food tastes good once received. They must be short staffed because it took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. Only 6 cars were ahead of me. The manager of 13 years reached out to me after reading my review. I down graded my rating to one star after the message she left me on my phone while I was working. I cannot remove all of the stars but I would if I could. If you have 13 years experience AND you don't know how to do it well, it is probably time to find something that you will be good at.
