Hi Im a frequent customer at this Hyvee Starbucks, and was actually there in line the day the upset lady below was there and i remember it clearly due to how outrageous this woman was acting. The male barista was trying to simply let her know that they can only take gift cards through the starbucks app, plus she stood where you get your drinks and proceeded to yell and scream at the male barista the whole time she was there as he was trying to just move the line forward and drop it. I come to this store almost every day and get the highest quality drinks from these people and they do an amazing job. Don’t let one sour apple ruin going to this amazing location! Thank you to Brian and the team at Ward Hyvee for everything you do! Will be back 10/10
Lousy. Worst Starbucks location I have ever been to in the 15 years I've been visiting Starbucks. Had no issues placing my order, but once my husband tried to scan our barcode to earn stars, all hell broke loose. The male barista stated their location doesn't allow their customers to earn stars. When I replied that this is the only location we've ever been to that doesn't provide stars for purchases, he immediately snapped back with an attitude and said it's quite common and happens at that location frequently. I told him, once again, in the 15 years we've been visiting Starbucks, we've never been told we can't earn stars on a purchase. This worker wanted to argue with me. He didn't care about what I had to say and was not satisfied unless he got the last word. He kept talking over me and kept cutting me off when I tried to speak. I asked him repeatedly to please drop the argument, to please leave me alone, and to please stop harassing me, but he refused. Even after the next customer approached the register to place their order, he was still trying to argue with me instead of greeting the customer who approached him. When I told him I would be making a phone call to corporate, he laughed in my face. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of horrible service, the coffee was horrendous. I get a cinnamon dolce latte every visit to Starbucks so I'm familiar with the flavor and aroma. I don't know if the female barista put expired product in my drink or if she made my beverage wrong, but my coffee had oil floating at the top of it, and it tasted awful. The male barista also crumpled up my receipt and threw it in a trash can instead of handing it to my husband or me. This was our first visit to this location and absolutely our last. We refuse to give this location our business again.

Nice people, got our order right, and didn't wait long. It beat the heck out of waiting 45 minutes for a table at a nearby breakfast place.
