Food was good, service was fast, but the guy who took orders I'm pretty sure he hates his life. Overall decent experience, I hope someone hugs this guy because he needs it.
This is absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any restaurant. We ordered a single sandwich and fries. We went in to grab the order but the doors were locked 15 minutes before the dining room was supposed to close so we went through the drive through to grab the mobile order. We were told to pull up because they were waiting for chicken. 15 minutes later o had to get out of my car to ask where the order was. Then they slowly went out to hand us the order and the order wasn?t even correct. This is how businesses lose customers. After a long time away from Wendy?s I started to give them a chance. The location I went to initially had warned my business back but I will have to find out who owns this franchise and not visit them again. For everyone out of jobs in this country right now you would think those that are employed would do a decent job. Unfortunately the underperforming at this location have managed to continue working.
What a night. After going to 3 places we took a little stop at Wendy?s in hopes of having a scrumptious cookie on this fine summer evening. At first, they said they were out of cookies, but after hearing about our devastating cookie hunt the worker gave another check in the back. Voila. He found cookies for us and gave us an extra chocolate chunk. We were all shocked. He was very gracious and had the curliest reddest hair. Bless Wendy?s for always being one to count on when times are tough. We forgive you for not having frosties.
Not recommended after 7pm. Night crew was disoriented and served raw chicken. They were friendly and great about fixing it, but management seemed weak during this visit.
