Chipotle Mexican Grill - Leesburg

I went to Chipotle in Leesburg Florida and it must be stated by the b-squad. We picked up an order for 2 burritos. When I opened mine, it wasn't wrapped correctly. Basically turned into and over sized taco. My husband's looked similar. I'm extremely disappointed in our service and the quality. Edit: this burrito was so difficult to eat!

Leesburg FL ALWAYS MESSES UP OUR ORDER.....THEN THEY DON'T WANT TO FIX THEIR PROBLEMS. PAID FOR DELIVERY, WRONG ORDER EVEN AFTER I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW WE HAVE HAD ISSUES BEFORE. THEY WON'T REFUND THE DELIVERY FEE, CAN'T GET THROUGH TO A HUMAN AFTERWARDS. I AM SO OVER THIS!!!!! $70 LATER AND A STEAK BOWL WITH NO STEAK

I know it was eight at night, but there were no napkins, forks or spoons. The tables needed wiped down and floor was a mess. But, lime I said it was late and the food was good.

Steak was inedible, everything lacked flavor, and the rice was extremely disappointing. Tasted like it was made the day before. It?s a shame for a restaurant chain that has standardized recipes.

Chipolte is Chipolte. This store has labor issues that are apparent. Their system is great when they have the people to run it. Needed a manager the night I was there, ran out of meats and the cook was in the back on his phone. Got real busy and nobody had a high gear. Being in business I understand the issues. Food was ok, I wish them the best.
