Food dropped all over the queso dip and they served it to me like that

Had a terrible experience at this location worst customer service ever. 11/19/22

The best customer service! I have placed an order online and ordered inadvertently. The order was for my office, so it was a big mistake. I called the restaurant and although they didn't have to contact the delivery service FOR ME to change the time. One thing always leads to another and of course the time was changed, but the order was not transferred. Moe's manager called me to explain the situation and offered to make my order as soon as possible and deliver it to my HERSELF office! I can't thank her enough, she totally saved the day!! She didn't need anything, and most people wouldn't. Sarah, thank you.

The food was great and the staff was very friendly, but the bathroom was terrible. Mold, corrosion, general lack of cleanliness, and the toilet was in disrespect. It was strange because the restaurant itself was pretty clean.

If you want Mexican takeout, most people think about a more popular restaurant that is visited by bloggers and social media types. Not me. I prefer good food and good service. And guacamole? Sure, it's not extra... and you get a bag full of chips. And don't forget to get salsa on the way out of Salsa Bar. Something else that the other place does not give you.
