Outback Steakhouse Leesburg

The steak was cooked perfectly and temperature of the food was spot on. Excellent quality.

The seared tuna was burnt, the filet was burnt on 1 side and the mushrooms look like they were fried more then once. The food was unacceptable however I called the Out Back manager and he very apologetic and asked me to contact DoorDash.

Reservations aren't respected. Waited 45min ?. Whether your a party of 10 or a single party the quality of service should be equally deserved ????. 2 yrs ago I gave 5 stars and tonight I gave 2, but after thoughtful consideration I changed my review to 4 stars bcuz their food was bountiful and delicious ?. Thank you!!

We had an excellent dining experience, largely due to the outstanding customer service. Our waitress, Rachael F., was wonderful and incredibly sweet. I also want to commend the staff for handling a challenging situation with a crying baby from a very intoxicated customer. They remained calm and managed the situation with grace. It's worth noting that one of the onlookers declared they would never return, but that’s their loss, not ours! A big thank you to the entire staff for a fantastic dinner. You all did a great job!

I had the prime rib, and the bartender went above and beyond by making me raspberry butter. She certainly didn’t have to do that, but I really appreciated it! I will definitely be back!
