Panera Bread - Leesburg

The food here was amazing. I was with my friend and he ordered a cup (not knowing it was only a water cup) and got lemonade. The person at the front saw what happened and came and yelled at him like a crazy man and told him to leave (he wasn't even the manager). I honestly did not like this and I think that this is unacceptable behavior for just a simple mistake. After this fiasco, a kind woman paid for my friend's drink. Even after she kindly paid for it, this man kept yelling at him to get out. Please address this situation because this is just unacceptable.Date: Feb. 29, 2024Approximate time: 5:35 PM

They always have issues ordering through kiosks/Panera Bread app.

I got bread here at 4:13 Friday, February 9th, and one of the workers looked EXACTLY like CG5. If anyone else has the honor of meeting this music maker, please also tell him they look like CG5 <3 (The bred was 10/10)
