Waffle House - Leesburg

My husband paid $16.00 for a meal that included sausage and bacon, which is double what I've paid at any other Waffle House. The waitress who took our order seemed frustrated when she had to pause her conversation with a guy who wasn’t an employee, and it was clear that their chat wasn't work-related since it continued even after she took our order. The staff's attitude wasn't very welcoming. Interestingly, my husband and another customer who claimed to be a regular also paid $16.00 for the same meal.

This Waffle House used to offer excellent customer service, but now it's quite disappointing. Whenever I try to call in an order or pick up food, the staff's attitude has noticeably declined. I called once, and the waitress put me on hold and never returned to the phone. I even had to call my husband, but that went straight to voicemail. It seems like if you’re not dining in, they just aren’t interested in assisting you, and this behavior seems to be tolerated by management. As a regular customer, I used to enjoy visiting this Waffle House, but I won't be returning after experiencing this kind of treatment recently.

I just had breakfast at the restaurant and Racheal was my waitress. She was very kind and ensured that my food arrived quickly. It was absolutely delicious, and it was a perfect way to start my day!

We just wanted to enjoy a quick meal, but when we arrived, we parked in front and the two employees and their 2 buddies stared at us and it was so unpleasant that we were back and forth. Really not good for your business. You shouldn't let your buddies hang out and starve your potential paycheck.

Seated and waiting for waitress, she was stuck at the register. We asked another waitress if we could get drinks or order, and she yelled at the other waitress who then yelled at us?so we left. I prefer to NOT eat at a restaurant where the waitress yells at us. Sad thing is we eat there often, but NOT any longer. Had a great breakfast down the street at Old Time Diner.
