Contribuisci feedbackThis place gets my husband's order wrong in some way every time. I'm missing a fry, I received the wrong fry, burger isn't plain etc.
Do NOT order curbside pickup! I waited 20+ minutes for my order. The doors are locked so you cannot go in to get your food. I finally called the store number to see what was going on. I told the lady I saw that my bank had already processed the payment after she said they didn't have an order for me. Magically, she said please hold on, it was almost done Never again.
I’ve had many bad experiences with this specific wendy’s, their customer service is absolutely terrible , they charged me for double my order , and didn’t give receipts or any change back with another transaction that was made.when asking for a correction they chose to brush me off and proceed to say “thank you have a good day” as if that helps with my issue. do better.
I ordered 3 biggie bags. One with a plain jr bacon cheeseburger, one with a double stack and one with a chicken blt with no Mayo. Pulled away from the drive thru and noticed they didn’t give me the chicken blt. So I went back inside, told them I didn’t get the chicken blt and was basically called a liar to my face. I don’t handle that very well!
Clean, efficient, good service and good, just a regular old Wendy's. It is in a good location to find near the Leesburg outlets and easy. It is a modern and elevated place, although the tables would have used some cleaning. Oh! You have these cool well machines where you have a gear. Almost too many! I have to keep it in perspective... awarded for Wendys!
