Sushi Jin Next Door - Leesylvania

My husband ordered ramen and I ordered takoyaki and bulgogi don. We waited 20 mins for the order and it was only the ramen. Another ten minutes and the remaining order hasn 't arrived yet we didn 't asked since it was obvious they are busy but then a waiter came and ask if we 're still waiting for the order. After few more minutes he came back saying THE KITCHEN FORGOT TO MAKE YOU ORDER and has the guts to ask if I still want it. Obviously I want it cause I came there to eat not to waste my time. Please improve your service.

Bad service, bad food. I don’t know how this business is still open considering they’re out of matcha and desserts and didn’t listen to what was ordered. And the owner decided to close the place early. It was last call for food at 2pm.

Terrible service when you are African American eating alone. The wait staff was very young and disorganized. Three staff stumbled over each other helping 1 table. I was there 5 minutes before I received a menu, which I had to inquire about! I waited 10 minutes for my hot tea which never arrived. My appetizer arrived and still no tea! I was not offered water. I saw at least one other person of African descent walk in and watched as they too were not greeted and waited several minutes before they received assistance. During this time, I observed a young couple walk in and all three servers triple teamed to clear a table for them! Very unfortunate to have witnessed this from such a young generation. I will not return. If you have witnessed or experienced similar service at this establishment, leave a review do not stay silent.

Best Sushi in Woodbridge area for sure! Love the veggie Bento and Crazy Jungle roll for vegans!

Great food, absolute trash customer service. Won’t be going back. No drinks had to ask three times. They forgot to put order in until I asked, and pretty much had to track waiter down for anything to include pay my bill. Otherwise they’d just let me sit for hours I’m sure.
