Jamba - Lehi

I empathize with the employees; they appear to be quite understaffed. The White Gummy I ordered wasn't blended well, making it somewhat difficult to drink. There was a lengthy line of customers waiting, and despite knowing there were two orders ahead of us, my husband and I received our drinks first. The staff are young and clearly trying their best, but they really could use some additional help.

I placed an online order, and while we were on our way to pick it up, I received a notification that Jamba had canceled it without any explanation. No one from the store contacted me to clarify the situation. This is extremely unprofessional. Jamba Juice can do better than this.

The drinks were extremely watered down. I paid $10 for a matcha tea with sweet cream, but there was hardly any cream in it, and the drink itself was very diluted. The service was also quite slow. Honestly, I don't think I'll be returning here.

I go to this Jamba Juice once every few weeks after work for a treat, and I?ve never been disappointed. The staff has always been hustling and so friendly. Never complaint from me. I?ll definitely keep my after work treat routine on weekdays. Just don?t go on Sundays. I just left after being blatantly ignored by two employees for about four minutes. No greeting, but the two people working back there definitely saw the five people waiting in the lobby to be helped. They definitely weren?t trying to hustle at all, and it was a little concerning that the woman had her super long haired down and free flowing around food. A definite fail for the Sunday crew.

I was going to go in but saw one of the employees, a young blonde girl, sitting on the counter, cross legged so her shoes were on the counter right next to where her co worker was making a drink. She proceeded to pick her ear before someone came in and she helped them, no hand washing or cleaning the counter beforehand. There were so many employees working and they were all just hanging out and chatting even when someone was in the store
