Don't come here if you expect any resemblance of quality. The staff inconsiderate and forgetful. I made an online order followed all the directions on the app. I rolled up parked in a parking spot and followed the rules on the sign. I waited for 10 minutes and had to go inside cuz it was too hot in my car. By the time I had gotten in and asked for a couple water they told me that my meal had been ready 10 minutes ago. Disgruntled I grab my food and leave. By the time I get home they call me and told me they didn't give me all of my order. This place is a joke. All of these good reviews are by people with local guide status who never eat their outside of their single order to obtain local status. Place is soo mid at best if a good day.

Enjoyed burgers, chicken strips and halibut and chips.

August 18th 2024: update My Wife and i went here last night for dinner on our way back from salt lake. As always the food was incredible, the service a little bit long, and the fries were cold. The prices were high and to us The visit wasn 't any different than going to Carl 's Jr. Except now Carl 's Jr charges for fry sauce. Can y 'all lower your prices back to what they were 5 years ago. I mean $30 for two combos is a little high. I always love JCW. I remember going there at their first location in American fork when I was doing construction back in the early '90s. Always a great place for a great burger. It 's good to see they haven 't changed! The atmosphere is good for loud people but if you 're looking to get away from the loudness you guessed it go somewhere else. Other than that...

We always see cars lined up around the block at dinner time so we wanted to try it and no one was there at about 4:30 so we didn't have to wait in line or be around other ppl , rite before the dinner rush.... Delicious! Definitely recommend it if you are traveling here or new to the area.. I am hooked!!

Acceptable respectable giant burger with fries and drink satisfied our hunger moderately long wait cheery helpful staff overall, better than okay, IMO but slightly worse than excellent. Parking: Crowded noon hour parking proved challenging, yet doable.
