Mcdonald's - Lehi

Our food is consistently warm and meets the high standards I expect from this location. However, my food intolerances make dining here a bit challenging. It's frustrating that they still don't offer a plant-based burger or chicken option, or even a simple grilled cheese alternative. That said, I have absolutely loved their baked goods. The 3 Pack of Cookies is a family favorite, and my all-time favorite treat is the McCafé Blueberry Muffin! It has just the right amount of sweetness, with a delicious hint of vanilla and plenty of blueberries throughout. The muffin is incredibly soft and melts in your mouth, topped with large sugar crystals. Like the cookie pack, the McCafé Blueberry Muffin is served warm. I also really enjoy the Strawberry Banana Smoothie. Now that I can request it without the dairy or yogurt mix, I look forward to ordering it every time. I would recommend trying the Mango version of the Strawberry Banana Smoothie as well—it's just as tasty. You won’t miss the yogurt, as the smoothie is sweet enough and still incredibly smooth. Give these more unique McDonald's items a try; you might be pleasantly surprised!

My main complaint is that the menu had absolutely no options for those with any food intolerances. You might be able to customize your order by omitting bacon or cheese, but you still pay the same price! The coffee menu is even less accommodating. While I can opt out of whole milk or cream in my latte or cappuccino, there are no alternatives like almond or coconut milk available. I get that adding plant-based meats and cheeses could be pricey for a restaurant chain, but how much could milk alternatives really cost? Even the syrups they use contain dairy, and this is McDonald’s! I can name five other fast food chains that currently offer plant-based options! I'm getting tired of just having fries or picking bacon off of melted cheese just to have something to eat. However, my frustrations do not reflect the food quality or customer service we received today, which is why I haven’t let it influence my star rating.

My family has had McDonalds many times over the years so we knew what we were going to get. But what we didnt expect, this being the first time ordering delivery from them, was the customization options. I love their smoothies but they come with yogurt in them. Ive never been able to order a Strawberry Banana Smoothie without the dairy in it. But the app allowed this option and I was very happy to finally enjoy their Strawberry Banana Smoothie again now with my dairy intolerance. Customizations also include extra or no salt on the French Fries, the addition or subtraction of ingredients on sandwiches and burgers etc. And best of all, when our food arrived, the French Fries were piping hot and everything was neatly and securely packed so there was not spills. Overall my family and I were very happy and we will order this way again.

It's McDonald's, so it delivers on its promise. The food always arrives quickly and is hot when it gets to you. Plus, my order is usually correct, which is definitely a plus!

This burger tasted and smelled like every thing on it was expired. Barely was able to take one bite. Not sure what happened but wouldnt be surprised if I get food poisoning. How do I get back the $20 I paid for this worthless meal? Fries are also cold and the Sprite is flat.
