I particularly enjoy their "4 for $4" deal, although this time I opted for the $5 Bacon Double Stack Biggie Bag. **Product/Service: 5** I ordered the $5 Bacon Double Stack Biggie Bag, and it was delicious! It included chicken nuggets, french fries, a bacon double stack, and their exclusive Rick and Morty flavored Mello Yello Portal Time Lemon Lime. I felt a bit guilty for scarfing it down, especially since my wife urged us to cut our father-daughter outing short to visit a family friend. **Pointers/Perks: N/A** I recommend downloading their app for earning points with each visit, plus they often have specials. I managed to snag a free 6-piece nugget with any purchase. **Employees: 5** I really want to commend the staff. My daughter and I planned to dine in, but we found a notice on the window stating that they were closed for indoor dining due to being understaffed. The employees were true heroes, working incredibly hard to serve all the customers. I remember being in a similar situation years ago, feeling overwhelmed and unappreciated by disgruntled customers, so I genuinely empathized with them.
The staff on Sunday evening seemed completely confused. They attempted to send me away with an incomplete order not once, but twice. They also used the wrong lids for the Frostuccino without any explanation, making them difficult to carry. My sandwich was missing components, and the wait time was excessively long for such a small order. They had me pull forward to supposedly save time on their end, but it only wasted mine. The manager was there and appeared indifferent to the poor service. I don’t usually write reviews, but the level of service I received was unacceptable.
I hadn't visited Wendy's in ages, and I must say, the app was a major disappointment. I tried to use my coupon for a free 10-piece nuggets, but it said it was invalid. On top of that, it wouldn’t accept my debit card details or my husband's card either. I ended up uninstalling the app and just ordered at the drive-thru. While we did get an extra straw, we didn’t receive a spoon for the Frosty. I took my two grandsons with me, and my 16-year-old grandson ordered the Biggie Bag. The advertisement is misleading; the burger appears to be a decent size in the picture, but in reality, it’s more like a Wendy's Jr. burger. He ordered it without tomato, but it arrived plain. Since my grandson doesn’t eat nuggets, our experience was less than enjoyable. I don't think I'll be returning to Wendy's anytime soon.
Is it considered fast food anymore, ever? I don?t know that 30 minutes to get four cars through is a good time! My burger tastes like they pulled it from a fridge and my fries are cold. I hate Wendy?s and will Never go back.
Place was very quick and efficient. Despite having a bit of a line we were through the drive thru in about 5ish minutes. Food was fresh and extremely hot. Probably the best experience I've ever had with a Wendy's
