Country Style Ice Cream - Lehigh Acres

Just went through the drive thru and was asked to back out along with another driver because the van in front of us couldn't get through the drive-thru, which was fine. The driver did not have the knowledge to turn the wheel so, after waiting for her multiple attempts, was asked to move further down. By now another customer was waiting. The lady who directed us failed to tell the other customer that we were waiting. The customer pulled infront of everyone and was helped anyways. After waiting 25 minutes, 2nd in line, I'm done and drove through without ordering and wont be returning. If they don't have the respect for their customers. Do they even have respect for their food?

Best ice cream ever had in my life take my daughter there twice a week her favorite spot

The ice cream is good, it is the customer service that is why I give it one star. I came in to buy some chocolate ice cream (med) and was served my ice cream in some plastic cup with no type of cover available. I asked the girl at the counter if she could put the ice cream in a styrofoam cup as I had intended to take it home and freeze it to share with my family. Well I was informed that the precious styrofoam cups are for shakes only and she cant use them for my order. I simply left. Maybe its just me but shouldn 't ALL the ice cream be served in some type type of container that would keep it COOL? That backyard bbq style plastic cup they use to serve their customers is just not acceptable. And neither is the service.

I had a Turtle with Toasted Coconut instead of Vanilla and it was perfectly YUMMY!! My granddaughter had a medium Oreo deluxe milk shake and it was large! She enjoyed hers too. Best Granddaughter date!

The only thing I have to say is that the cup sizes seem to change all the time I'm always saying that's a large and they're like yeah but it looks small I get the large chocolate malt and it's only five bucks unfortunately that's the only luxury I can afford these days two chocolate malts a month at country style ice cream
