Marco's Pizza - Lehigh Acres

We were impressed when our pizza arrived in just 17 minutes! Usually, we order from Marcos, but we’ve never had a pizza delivered this quickly. That wasn’t even the best part. Once we sat down to eat, the pizza was hot and perfectly greasy, and we were completely blown away by the taste. It was the best pizza we’ve ever had! It was so delicious that we had to call the store and thank them!

We've ordered from Marco's several times, and each experience has been delightful. The one time there was a mistake with our order, the manager, Manny, took it upon himself to resolve the issue and personally delivered the corrected order. That speaks volumes about his dedication to customer service! I highly recommend Marco's Pizza!

I visit this restaurant frequently, but I've been experiencing a lot of issues recently. The pizza is consistently not cut properly, making it difficult to break apart. I'm also concerned about hygiene; there's no glove usage or hand washing. This has left me quite disappointed. It's going to take a lot to convince me to spend my money here again. I really enjoy the taste of the food, but they need to step up their game with the pizza cutting.

I am new to this area but I did have the pleasure of trying Marcos with their delicious food. More importantly the staff really value their customers. I love love love their staff. The young girl Abby which is the manager is so pleasant and very quick to address any and all problems at hand! Which bring me to Mani. He is the general manager and he is absolutely amazing. Their was an ongoing incident that occurred prior to him working there and Mani went ahead and took care of it immediately. He came up with a few options as to how we can fix the problem let me choose what best suits our family and once everything was done. He followed up and made sure that the customer was absolutely satisfied. Needless to say we r back to our favorite pizza place. Thank you all at Marcos!

They had it for me within 12 minutes. It was hot and very good. I ordered a sausage and extra cheese pie and their sausage was real sliced sausage not the crumbles that some of these places use, which don't even taste like sausage. It had lots of cheese on it as well. I'm from New York City originally so therefore I'm a tough grader and four stars means very,very good????
