This time the barista didn't know how to make my drink and looked at me like I was stupid (I wanted an espresso frappacino, it's on the app! I tried explaining I just didn't want mocha or caramel flavor in my drink and she asked how would she make it then?? Instead of pulling out the app and showing her the recipe I just changed my order. She was perceptive though, I asked for coconut milk because of a dairy allergy and forgot to say no whipped cream but she asked if I wanted any so that was good ????
Drinks were not made the correct way it was like they were just tossed together real fast and done without care, also the baristas were very rude and unprofessional.
Starbucks at Giant foods store was busy and they still made the drink right and in a timely manner (roughly 8 customers were in line). They even added a generous amount of whipped cream to the drink
A lot of people complain about long waits, which I'll admit does happen from time to time. What these people don't realize is that they are only given two batistas(typically) which is not enough. This is not due to scheduling issues it is because that is all they are allowed to have (I believe by GIANT). Most other starbucks locations have like 5 baristas working at one time. Be patient people! Anywho I frequent this shop and always have a good experience. Great coffee and staff is super friendly.
Of course the coffee is good but never enough help you can wait upwards to 30 mins to get a drink not wort it to me.
