I love the donuts here, but the reason why it is 4 because every time this 1 is there, I have a good note on the app and they continue to say that they can not use good notes in this load, even I thought I went the day before and I could use them. I'm buying this thing with smiles.

Krispy Kreme Highcross offers amazing doughnuts and excellent customer service! The staff are always friendly, and I visit every week for the donation event, where they are consistently helpful and polite. I’d like to give a special mention to Connor and Megan, as I see them most days I visit; they always greet me with a smile! Thank you for the wonderful service!

Mmm, donuts! Just be sure to arrive early, as they don’t make them on-site like they do in Birmingham; they are delivered instead.
