Pizza Hut - Leicester

First, we went into the car and drove to Pizza Hut. When we arrived, we sat down and a lady came to take our order for food and drinks. We enjoyed our food when it arrived, and then we had pudding. I had a large ice cream sundae that was delicious; I loved it so much. After we paid, we hopped back into the car and drove home. It was a very fun experience, and I want to go again soon. Fantastic service. Ordered a delivery to premier inn hotel this was no problem. They had ran out of garlic bread only had 3 pieces so called me and offered a tear and share, I thought this would be instead but sent both!! Also driver arrived on time

The order arrived late and was eventually cold. When you're spending £25 on a pizza, you expect better quality than this disappointment. Plus, there were no complimentary sauces provided. Save yourself the trouble and skip this place.

I only ate half of my meal and it was absolutely terrible! The food arrived lukewarm, the cheese in the cheesy crust was not even melted, and the dough was hard and rubbery. It was not crispy at all. I wasted over £30 and will not be deceived by the restaurant's advertisements again.

The manager are very bad they don't know how to speak to a customer..... also they don't know how to deal with customer and there language is very very bad..... they took 45 minutes to take my order and they did not say anything no sorry or thank you ... very very bad service. They very very rude rude them 2 Indian girls.. they both give me wrong name when I asked them one said maya.. they did not give me the proper name... it will be great if you can bring a new staff or take them out.... When I got my order and I check it and it was all wrong order... I order on hickley road...
