The Bottle Garden - Leicester

This was my first visit to this restaurant with two friends. The bar was lovely and the staff were friendly. The service was efficient. I will definitely recommend this place and will be returning soon.

We booked a prepaid bottomless brunch at this place but were never served food despite multiple requests. In the end, we left without having eaten and only paid for the prosecco we consumed. The service at this establishment was incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I have visited The Bottle Garden multiple times and enjoy it for the drinks, food, and ambiance. However, the lack of a phone number is a frustrating and problematic issue. The only way to contact them is through email, which can result in delays for booking requests and communication. This became an issue for us when we experienced a childcare problem and traffic delays on a Saturday. Despite wanting to inform them that we would be late, our email went unread and our table was given away to another group upon arrival. With a group of 8 people, this caused significant stress. A simple phone call could have prevented this situation. I urge the establishment to add a phone number for easier communication like other restaurants do.

Popped in for a couple of drinks before meeting other friends. Stunning atmosphere. Server really friendly and welcoming. Cocktails lovely and good quality. Only downside tried to return later to show our friends but all tables fully booked. Would come again!

Awful experience. I went here with a group of friends from uni having a reunion in Leicester. After 2 rounds of drinks (which were not cheap) we were told by a blonde waitress to be quiet despite not being particularly loud just having a good time! This made us feel extremely uncomfortable and we genuinely felt the need to leave as the people around us had hear the conversation! As I settled the bill, a different server apologised for the other waitress’ behaviour and unsurprisingly knew exactly which waitress had spoken to us so rudely. We have been to Bottle Garden many times and this is first time we have been treated in such a way. I do not think either me or any of my friends will be returning following this incident. If you’d like to have a fun time, do not go to the Bottle Garden!
