The coffee at this restaurant is amazing and they are happy to customize drinks that are not listed on the menu (my partner always orders a cortado). They offer a perfect selection of tasty snacks. This is the only place in Leicester where we get our coffee, as it is all roasted on site. They frequently change the variety of house espresso beans, allowing customers to sample and purchase different types. The quality is consistently top-notch. The new downstairs seating area is cool and comfortable on hot days.

I recently had the guacamole toast, a vegan cinnamon roll, and coffee at this restaurant and was extremely impressed with everything. I am actually still here, relaxing in the cozy downstairs seating area which is a perfect spot to work while enjoying a cup of coffee. I wanted to write this review now before I forget, as credit is definitely due for the amazing experience provided by the two gentlemen working here today. They offered excellent and personable service. The staff clearly have a passion for their work and take pride in the establishment and service they provide, which is a rare find. The guacamole toast was elevated with fresh tomatoes and a vinegar glaze. The warm vegan cinnamon roll smelled and tasted delicious. The coffee was smooth and flavorful. Overall, it was a lovely experience. I highly recommend this place for a relaxed lunch, tucked away from the busy main area of Leicester's City Centre. Enjoy!

I have visited this restaurant a few times during my recent trip to Leicester. The coffee is delicious and the pastries also looked very appealing. If you are a fan of flat whites, be aware that they serve it in a larger cup than usual. You may want to try the cortado instead, as it is also well made. The ambiance is nice as well.

First visit today, on the recommendation of a family member. Very rude man serving. My two young children were excited about their drinks and enjoyed watching them be made. They did not run around or get in anyone else’s way. They did not scream or shout. They did not disturb any of the other customers, they behaved like normal children. If they had caused a fuss I would have taken them outside while my partner waited for our drinks. When the drinks were ready and we thanked the server for our drinks he looked down his nose at us, sneered at our children and rolled his eyes. I’ve never had that treatment in any other shop we have frequented.
