The Siam Thai Boran - Leicester

Recently visited and we were pleasantly surprised as food was tasty, fresh and generous in portion size.

We have ordered take aways from the Siam Thai Boran every week throughout lockdown and are now over the moon to be able to eat in again. The owners and staff are, as always, perfect hosts and the food is just as we remembered it eating in. We both had sea bass dishes that were perfectly cooked, so fresh and fragrant. So nice to be enjoying great food with a nice cold Chang beer! Looking forward to our next meal in on Saturday!

The food is definitely not fresh and mediocre for the price. I had a horrible tummy ache and feel sick after. Luckily their portion is extremely small so I didn't eat too much. They never admit the problem of their food, only find excuse to cover their terrible service. If you really care about your health, I wouldn't eat at this place again. People shall report them to local council so they could not harm other Innocent people.

We order mix starter and patai prawn rice noodles. The quality of food is very poor. Chicken wings and stews taste old and bad. Patai noodle is very small portion. The waitress is incredibly rude to our disable friend. We come from London and don't know their reputation and only find their name on top of the online list. We feel shame to invite our friend to such a bad restaurant. Will give 0 star if there's option.

This was our first visit to a Thai Restaurant, which was recommended to us . The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was excellent. Thank you.
