Yumchi Leicester

I ordered with my friend yesterday and we got the crispy beef in spicy sauce and chips. We were extremely disappointed when we received the food as the crispy beef was literally just fried batter it had absolutely no beef in it. We also chose the go large option but as you can see in the pictures the amount of food was definitely not much. WASTE OF MONEY. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Ordered from here, waited over an hour for it to be delivered but no food delivered. The Phone number apartment call button outside the building number we’re provided but NO call on either, called them to receive a rude obnoxious man on the phone who didn’t want to help and stated it was our fault as we didn’t answer, even though no call was received. The man then hung up the phone when we were trying to sort out our food had no interest in helping. 0/10 for customer service will not be returning. 25/03/22 5:30pm Who ever answered that call needs to lose his his job. Generally good. Mrs had the prawn and I always have chicken. The portion and price is ok. Would recommend generally. Staff ok too.

Ordered food online ordered a yum box and a portion of chips paid online food arrived and the chips were missing the delivery driver wouldn’t help so i phoned the restaurant with a rude man arguing telling me they check the orders before they go when they obviously haven’t as my chips were missing and they wouldn’t send the chips out as they had no drivers available worst customer service will never order again!

Ordered my food online fine. Waited over 30 mins for delivery, the delivery driver phoned me and said he would be a couple of minutes and that he was close. I then went outside to wait. I stood outside for 20 mins before I decided to ring him and ask where he was. He then INSISTED that he had already delivered it. I, standing outside in the cold without my food, disagreed. The delivery driver told me he gave my food to a man at the door, without asking for proof of order or anything. The man continued to be nothing but rude, so I phoned Yumchi and spoke to a lady. Admittedly she wasn’t as rude as the delivery driver. After begging and pleading (as they wouldn’t give me a refund), they made my order again and delivered it. This delivery driver (different man) then interrogated me at my own front door, accusing me of trying to get another free order. By this time, it had been 3 hours since I first ordered. Admittedly I was rude to the man at the door and asked him to give me food and leave. I’d had enough of the accusations at that point. Why would I go through that much struggle and dealing with RUDE people for a free mediocre chicken chow mien?!?!? I just wanted what I paid for.
