Pizzeria Karalis - Leiden

Heerlijke keuken! Bediening is vooral in het Engels, voor ons geen probleem.

Gewoon ouderwets gezellig en goed. Veel keuze pizza en normale prijzen. Altijd leuk in Leiden. Mooie dienst en constante kwaliteit. Succes.

The pizzas and appetizers we ordered were nice, but the service was not very attentive. Although the staff was very friendly, they went past our table several times without taking the order while we tried to get their attention. Whatever happened when we tried to pay. The staff seemed quite young/unexperienced, which could have been the problem.

The restaurant is very big. We had to constantly pick up the waiter's eye to order everything. Since the whole place was busy, it would take 10 minutes to get their attention and then get another 40 minutes to get an order delivered to our table. The food was not spectacular, I ordered Tagliatelle mushrooms, but it was under seasoned and no extra parmesan was brought to the table. It was a little average.

Friendly server and delicious food. The melanzane alla parmigiana is my favorite!
