We were in bustamante on 17.02.2017. we had reserved, but were not even asked for how many people and on which names were allowed to pick us a table and decided for the open kitchen. that is locally decorated with a lot of love for detail. unfortunately the service left to wish. the cards were immediately handed to us. Unfortunately, almost 30 minutes passed before we could give up our order. we ordered as aperitif a small beer, a glass champagne, a bottle of water and a bottle of rosé wine. first came the water, then the wee (who was immediately gifted to us without which we could taste) then came the beer and the champagne is probably still in the bottle today. then again smashed some time in the guests who came after us, already got their food served. so we went to the inn for smoking. when we came back to the table, the first had already been served. bark meat in red wine sauce, ham and broth, after which came the garnel and then came nix more. we had ordered Canarian kartoffels and kichererbsen with chorizo. When we asked about these two eating, we were told that the Canarian kartoffels are out and whether we really want the kicherbsen. when we were chasing this, it did not exactly trigger a storm of enthusiasm. the kicherbsen or the chorizo with us but not. Conclusion: nice local, tasty wein, eat more average, service friendly but totally overwhelmed.
To 8 we were eating there yesterday. We had a direct look into the open kitchen.I had experienced such a cozy restaurant.Like but fine. The tapas all super tasty and very fresh and the wine, very good. We, a complete gastronomy team, had nothing to complain at all.Our nice work is more critical with colleagues......But in the bustamante we were so relaxed as to allow a family to look at it.
We were in the casa bustamante for the first time. with luck have just gone to guests so that we have got a table in the cozy ambiente. from the place we could observe the chef. the chef was very attentive and has cooked the tapas specialties partly time-shifted and brought us. it was all very tasty and of everything. we were there longer than originally planned and then started with the owner, his companion and the cook spontaneously and comfortably on the birthday of my friend. actually closes the casa bustamante 23 clock. for us a successful evening in a cozy living room atmosphere, nice staff and delicious food. we are looking forward to the next visit.
Cozy living room ambiente, very nice reception, delicious authentic tapas, wein recommended top. we chose a very tasty rosé and from the same zwee-e. it was happy to have discovered this pearl. we like to come back.
