Dhillons Irish Bar & Grill - Leipzig

Definitely one of Leipzig's top bars. Friendly service and the ambiance is great. They also have a wide variety of drinks and delicious food!

Being Irish, and having visited many Irish bars abroad, I had not high hopes for yet another one. However, we were hungry and it was close so we opted for the easy option. Boy we're we pleasantly surprised. We chose an outdoor seat and were served promptly. I ordered a burger and my boyfriend, the fish and chips. My goodness were we impressed with the mains. They both came our presented brilliantly. Large portions and well cooked. Everything was fresh and tasty and just over and above what one would expect from "pub grub" Great prices too with both mains coming in under €10 each. Two Erdingers in the sun topped off our experience nicely. Give it a go, it's worth the risk. The steaks looks OUT OF THIS WORLD too. We had food envy watching them being brought to another table. Yummy dinner, great value for money and a dandy little setting.

Ok bar, staff very helpful and seemed to be the only place showing any English sport. Food was plentiful and pleasant, but nothing special

We were staying near old town Leipzig and walked over to Dhillons for dinner. They have a varied menu and we chose the German sausages and mash and the salmon and mash as well as glasses of red and white wine. The food was very good as well as the service.

It was before my "stammkneipe" but in 3 months they changed the menu twice and each time the items became more expensive.The last time the home brew beer disapeered and the cheapest beer was something like 4.5$.We're in leipzig dude, not in berlin ...
