The Biergarten looks superb, well worth trying later in the year. The staff were very attentive and polite. The atmosphere was pleasant and old-world atmospheric.
Our server was perfectly charming and helpful. The food is outstanding, particularly the roulade and the Hirschgulasch. Although it's a Gose beer hall, the wine list is short, but well selected. In all, a perfect evening.
Staying at an apartment nearby and this place was the first recommendation from a local on the street. We had a pleasant walk there later that night. We weren’t disappointed. Authentic, historical, with it’s special tangy beer and good food. We sat inside with only locals. Very satisfying.
It was perfect experiment of local cuisine. Plenty of satisfying delicious food. The best beer that is brewed in the house. Very good personal and cozy atmosphere, you can feel like in early 20 century
Besides other beers, two very tasty goses in one of the most amazing in downtown beer gardens I know. Unique. And an owner who can not only write hospitality... (and when he writes it, then the first two syllables in fat).
