The coffee, pies and cakes as well as the homemade ice cream are delicious. The service staff is prompt and friendly. The prices are decent. Heart, what more could you want?

I must have put on Harry Potter’s invisibility cloak before I entered? I approached the counter and was ignored. I thought maybe it was table service so sat inside waited....nothing. There were at least 3 waitresses all ignored me. We went outside sat at a table outside with dirty glasses plates. After 5-10 minutes the table was cleared our order taken. The cheesecake was fine the Lerchen ok, like a Bakewell tart without jam, icing or a cherry. The earl grey tea cost €5.30! For a tea bag!! The coffee was one of the worst I’ve ever tasted, weak watery. Just AVOID.

Elaborate and disappointing. it tasted pretty, but the portions were small. waiting personal could ve been a bit more attention. the cakes were disappointing.

Cafe Kandler serves delicious variety of cakes and bakes alongwith tasty sweets, Tea, Coffee and hot chocolates. Their cookies are unique with tastes of Almond, Walnuts, Dates, Apricots, Cranberry, Ginger etc. We enjoyed an evening there with Assam Tea, Hot Chocolate, Cookies and their Leipziger Lerche. The place is spacious and cozy with excellent ambience and great décor. Their staff are friendly and helpful.
