Buraco Da Velha - Leiria

I was passing by about lunchtime, decided to go in and got a good welcome and a 5 star service, me and my wife had the costeleta de novilho (stake) very fresh and tasty and the atmosphere although busy was quite in terms of noise,very good experience overall

Atendente muito mal educada, sem maneiras de servir a clientela. Pedimos uma posta Mirandesa (18€ que chegou completamente passada (uma sola de sapato era mais tenra . A salada ficou a marinar em sal grosso. Não dou menos estrelas porque, felizmente a meio do serviço apareceu alguém mais prestável.

O serviço na minha opinião é demasiado lento, demoraram sempre imenso tempo a trazer a comida. No entanto, a comida é boa.

My first time at this restaurante. By far the worse slowest service I've had this year or any year. Group of about 35 people and no service. Took forever lack of experience and customer service we were left basically by our selfs asking for stuff and being ignored forever. Food was not ok but but not the best I've had however my biggest issue was the slow service. Not a restaurante I would take my guests to. Much better places to dine in Leiria.
