I normally eat Subway in Wilmington. This was my first time in this location. Store was immaculate and clean. Staff greeted me upon entering. I felt like family, not just a customer. Food was great. I'll definitely come back to this location again.
This was terrible! $33 wouldn?t take a $50 bill. The lettuce was brown wilted. They were out of meatballs didn?t apologize or anything, just ?we out? then the mayo on my husbands steak sandwich was old and sour!!! We don?t live here. We are from 4hours away stopped here on the way home bc we were hungry, and now $33 later we are still hungry!! No customer servicewhatsoever and food is disgusting!!!!!!!
Wish I could leave 0 starts. The time is 4:54pm on Saturday April 23, 2022 the woman here when I walked in shouted wait just a minute which is the least of my worries. After waiting a few minutes she comes from back and apologized for the wait and startedmaking my sub. She started friendly then while sub was toastkng we cashed out. She charged me $9 for my footlong I decided notto tip. And when she saw that she said wow thanks for your time and became very unpleasant. After she said that I wanted toleave but since I payed I wanted my sub my way. When asking for toppings she would put the barest minimum and again I can 'tstress enough how bad her attitude was. I decided this sub was good enough just I could leave and write this review. I 'm highlyunimpressed and think employees like her give this business a bad name.
I got thier at 8.50 employee was help some one then then started talk to store worker and then told me it was 9.02 and that I would have to leave the woman had an adtude she shouldn't be working thier and all customers come first then sign said theycloses at 10.00pm lady got in argument and cussed us out I don't recommend this store and Chris just let her do it
