A good table, where the work of taste is put to the spotlight, which is not so common in the region where the charm of the raw product sometimes makes forget the art of seasoning and condimentation. In particular, honey candy spices. Very fresh and well executed maringue. Scented duo. A charming terrace. We will return in July for foie gras (season)
A restaurant at the art gallery or... an art gallery at the restaurant! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming! Refined cuisine and character. Here you will not eat like everywhere else. The chef warms our well-present but always well-supported taste buds!! Of course, we will return to this table that I advise you!!
Excellent and affordable. The products are local and organic. Home foie gras with cocoa tip and Jurançon, falls. The boss, very friendly, advised us very well. For dinner, it is best to book, because the service is only 2 nights a week, Friday and Saturday. Really an address to recommend
