Love Jack, but my order is usually given to me with either missing things or made wrong about 80% of the time.

I walked into Jack in the Box, and I had an unstoppable appetite. I ordered 17 Ultimate Cheeseburgers and devoured them like a pro. Bite after bite, I enjoyed the mouthwatering combination of flavors, and not surprisingly, I was still hungry afterward. It's like those cheeseburgers disappeared into thin air. My hunger must have been on another level! Afterword I ordered a combo.

Everytime i order here, they get my order wrong all the time and i use the mobile app to be more efficient, i dont understand how you get mobile order wrong? And when i call the phone number no one ever answers. Wtf

Horrible , i don’t even know what this is. ???? i specifically said “ TWO jumbo jack cheeseburgers but make them lettuce wrapped” these are not. on the receipt nothing is correct either. it was too late i was back home when i noticed and seen everything. there was a list written down in my messages so i read directly from it so everything should have been understood correctly. why would i want a burger with no bread and extra lettuce with LITTLE sauce in the lettuce. ?

The food was not like in other times, especially the hamburgers, the bread was not between warm and delicious, it was no joke and the service was terrible because they have workers who do not have a good character, they are despots and with a terrible attitude.Parking: It is spacious well
