Contribuisci feedbackThis particular day, the customer service was horrible. It was a huge disappointment. It took my entire lunch to get an order that I pre-order online to be ready at 11:35am. The order was for a single salad. I didn't receive my order til 12:30pm. When I contacted customer service, they gave me a lousy $10 credit on my account for an order that was over $20 and took my entire lunch to get. I hadn't been to Panera in a while, so it was kind of a splurge for lunch that day. It used to be that I would get Panera 2-3 times a week for lunch, but not after that experience.
My high school daughter’s friend came here for an interview and the work times stated “evenings preferred.” The unprofessional, sweaty manager came out from the back with an attitude. My daughter’s friend was there 15 minutes early and she was asked to leave because she cannot work at 5 am despite their requirements stating “evening preferred.” We are very confused why they don’t mention that especially since they’re high school students. We believe the manager takes advantage of young people. They advised her to skip school for the job, RIDICULOUS. Never coming again!!
