Repeat customer here. Tea Cozy rarely misses. Big fan of their black, green, and herbals. Prices are very reasonable. Great variety of blends. I've tried 10 of them and that's not even a quarter of their whole menu. They also sell snacks and tea ware, and host events from time to time. If you are in the market for loose leaf tea in the Sacramento area this is the place. The staff is really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful when it comes to tea. Definitely check them out.
