Subway - Lemont

The best subway I’ve been to!! Employees are so nice and take their time making the sandwich. Clean place too, and employees are washing their hands frequently as well. :

At checkout cashier said 13.11$. I get home and my card was run for 15.90 something. I look and there is a 2.83$ tip added to the bill. I dont mind tipping and I frequently do, but atleast tell me or ask me about a tip. Girl straight up slid it in there without even saying and even told me the bill was 13.11, not the amount with the tip. Thats shady as hell and lying. I'll go somewhere else next time.

I don't go to Subway. I have never liked them since bad experience years ago.

The young man that made my sandwiches was very accommodating and sweet. The sandwiches are good.

Previously wrote great review for restaurant experience. First time ordering from here online. Ordered “3 SIDES of pickles”. Received container w 3 pickles in it!! Ordered “extra” onions. I had 4 small onion strips on sandwich! Does staff actually read orders???? Very disappointing. Did not enjoy sandwiches or appreciate service. Don’t offer online ordering if you’re not going to READ the orders.
