Contribuisci feedbackSo many different kinds of macaroons... So hard to decide because they are all so good! The Nutella almond croissant is kind of dry and hard, maybe it'll taste better if is fresh.
All the other businesses in the Public Market exude excellent customer service and go above and beyond to care for the patrons. We?ve witnessed, overheard, and now experienced the cold and teenage-like management of Butterfields. The energy is just so different than all the other vendors.
We tried several bakery items and they were all good. The little food court at the Lenexa Market is cute, so I am glad that this bakery is actually good quality food, to live up to the hype of the location. I?m sure the sandwiches and stuff are also good but we are happy to stick with dessert.
Ordered 2 sandwiches for dine in and tipped 20% using my credit card. While waiting for our sandwiches I asked if I could get a water cup for water. I was informed they were 33¢. I was ok with that but while trying to pay I was told there is a $1 minimum for credit cards (all I had). I wasn?t able to buy a water cup to pair with my meal I bought from them. Needless to say this put a bad taste in my mouth while waiting for my food and I wouldn?t recommend dining here. What
Delicious and colorful sandwiches at Butterfield?s Bakery Market. Located inside of Lenexa City Center?s Public Market, this eatery is one you?ll want to try for yourself. The Firebird Fried Chicken Sandwich was one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I?ve had. This sandwich came loaded with a homemade piece of fried chicken and some tasty purple veggies, which gave it a nice colorful look. This sandwich had a nice kick to it, which is something I look for in a chicken
