Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lenexa

The portion of chips provided with two different sauces is quite small. I ordered chips and queso, along with a side of hot sauce for my burrito bowl, and the amount of chips I received was half of what I usually get. This has happened to me three times now. I hope they can improve this.

I had the worst experience at Chipotle. I hadn’t eaten there in years, and I definitely won’t be going back. I placed an order online, but when I arrived to pick it up, they told me they were out of tortillas and queso—both of which were part of my order. The staff member informed me that if I wanted a refund, I would need to navigate their website and go through a lengthy process. It's absurd that a burrito restaurant runs out of tortillas, and it’s frustrating that customers aren’t notified of this before placing an order. To top it off, nobody offered to compensate me for the $5 I lost because they didn’t have queso for my chips. I will not return.

Very, very, disappointed with my order. This was my 3rd attempt with this location. I don?t think I will be back. Food was extremely cold and did not taste good at all. Tried the new Chicken Asada bowl. Guacamole was bland and had no taste. Hopefully management will do something ASAP to make improvements. I live 2 minutes from this location but will make the drive to another one next time I want a Burrito bowl.

I usually love Chipotle, but this location just can?t get it right. A few coworkers and I used to order from this location until they messed up our orders 4 times in a row. We?d received orders with incorrect/missing protein, incorrect ingredients, missing sides, missing entire meals, etc. Today, I was craving a burrito and decided I would give them one more try. The pollo asado and cheese were missing from my burrito and my side of queso was chunky and cold. Unfortunately, this will be my last time dining here. I recommend trying Oscars up the road instead.

This location used to be great, now they screw up my order every single time. Ingredients left out, and burrito poorly wrapped in a torn tortilla. How am I supposed to eat a burrito that falls apart as soon as I touch it?
