Jimmy John's - Lenexa

The restaurant closed 15 minutes early, which was incredibly frustrating and wasted my time during my lunch break.

They asked if I wanted cheese, but I couldn't believe they were charging $1.20 for a single slice! I said no, but by then it was too late to remove it from my order, so I had to pay for it anyway. I had a much better experience with the cashier at Jimmy John's on Antioch.

Great deli sandwiches! I just wish they toasted the bread.

The service is always great here. the girl worked for my soda out of her own pocket when my card took off. I forgot that I got gas and they had a stop at my money cuz I used at the pump. I love that ice at this place, it's the best and so I stopped to get a limo on the way home. my card went back and I was so embarrassed. it did my day. always goes back.

I asked my delivery driver to meet me in front of the hospital and told him I was getting a wheel chair down to get my food because I can't walk and am disabled. He left my food at the front desk without telling me and wouldn't answer my calls. A shame this is how they treat people who are disabled. Not only that but they forgot the straw to my drink, they gave me regular chips instead of barbecue, and on top of that they gave me the wrong sandwich! Very poor service
