Contribuisci feedbackThe check-in process took at least 45 minutes. When we got to our room it wasn’t locked and the door was partially ajar. There was dust, bugs, dirt everywhere in the hotel, though the room itself was relatively clean. There was a smell throughout the whole place of mildew or mold. We used contactless checkout which stated we would be emailed a receipt “shortly” and it was never received. This was a very bad hotel experience and we will not stay here again.
Nastiest hotel room ive been..upon entering the hotel there was a leak from the cieling with two buckets full of water. We had traveled all day and had a work meeting so I wanted to shower and freshen up. Stood in the shower for 10 minutes waiting for water to heat up. Asked husband to call front desk and ask what was going on and they informed us no hot water until the next day when we would be checked out. Tried to get the managers name and the front desk associate was so rude. Hot water is a basic sanitary necessity. How are you offering breakfast buffet with no hot water to sanitize or wash dishes/hands? We met locals for a business meeting who said radisson is on their way out and we can see why. As a side note we also had mold in our shower and lipstick or some sort of makeup stains on our face towels.
Great location, 30 minutes from KC Airport (MCI). Was told: originally two different hotels, joined with roofing and decor. Old rooms with lots of bed space, but very small bathroom. I'm average m, 5'9,200#, shuffle your feet in small space . Faucet for tub, protrudes an extra inch (copper pipe). Air-conditioning has only on/off, temperature will not change, no matter.
Located in a great area. Nearby shopping center gas stations. The hotel itself is outdated. AC in our room was from the 1800s and didn't work. We went to the front desk and told them and they provided us with a fan. Room walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors breathing through the walls. Our bathroom had ants there were ants near the AC unit as well. Breakfast was okay nothing special. Pool was basic but the kids enjoyed it. Might stay here again if there's nothing else available. This hotel has potential. Staff is great. And by staff I mean the maintenance team. Super friendly. The front desk staff seems stressed and overworked. Not friendly but they get the job done.
I am completely appalled by this property and its management. I booked a four-night stay, and for three of those nights, I realized I was being bitten by bedbugs. As soon as I discovered what was happening, I checked out a day early and informed the hotel about the situation. To my dismay, it seemed that no one cared at all. I requested a refund, but the manager denied it, citing the cancellation policy, while it’s perfectly acceptable for me to get sick from my stay, and yet no one seems to be concerned. I am extremely disappointed, upset, and disgusted.
