Purchased double stack...the meat was Totally COLD!! Never go back. You cannot get through on phone to call...enter remote access code...what's that?
This location has gone way downhill. Maybe it a new owner? I went inside to order at 11:30am, they had at least 6 people working but couldn 't keep up with one drive thru and 2 other guests in line with me. 2 registers and I didn 't know which one to go to as they were serving food from one and nobody was was really at either one. I asked which register as someone was now behind me confused also I was greeted by 'you 'll have to wait a minute '. I tried to use the app which didn 't scan correctly and the employee didn 't know how it worked either. I guess the owner/manager came over and told her the app has to scan to get any of the benefits (it was for a free sandwich). Employee was stressed and rude, Owner/manager was RUDE. If you are going to buy/run/own a service business, you need to train your employees and deal with the customers with respect. And the Crispy Chicken Sandwich is now more of a slider it 's very noticeably smaller in every way.
Not only is Wendy 's one of the best places to eat at for fast food, but this is the same Wendy 's that my grandma worked at for 15 years. Seriously, ask the manager there about a staff who previously worked here named Mary and they will answer.
I went through the drive thru and told to wait a minute! That 's just so wrong and their fountain machine was down! I said never mind and they still kept saying Can I help you! Even when I was leaving they were still saying that! I won 't go there anymore !! Thoroughly disappointed!!!
