Picked up some of their slaw. They had it ready for pick up in 15 minutes. Prompt, polite service. Had their Thursday special, the Turkey Crunch sandwich, for $9.99. Yum!

No nice way to say it, this place smells so much better than it tastes. I got burnt ends that weren't firm enough, sliced beef that was more like deli style than thick cut, and the best part of my plate was the Brussels. Which were amazing, but walking into a house of meats you definitely want the meat better than the greens. It was fine, there's no such thing as bad BBQ. But it wasn't nearly as good as the smell they had at the curb!

We had the Sunday evening rib platter the worst tasting ribs I’ve had in my entire life. They weren’t cooked, and the meat had an off flavor.

Picked up a slab of ribs $29, quart of beans, 2 fries for the 4th of July…the worst food I ever got from Zardas! My guests were very disappointed as well. Maybe I shouldn’t have ordered on the 3rd…tasted like it was prepared prior to pickup…I would appreciate a refund for this terrible mishap

1st time here to eat. For lunch for 1 person to cost 25.00 and I have to get it from the counter. Got you no tip. Ribs weren't bad but they don't peel the membrane off the inside. Overall I'm not impressed with zardas bbq. Over priced for what I got to eat. Maybe due to being day after the 4th of July. But customer service was lacking as well.
