Bojangles - Lenoir City

The restaurant often seems to be understaffed, and they frequently run out of drinks and menu items. There was one occasion when I ordered chicken, and they left out the food I had already paid for. Some of the staff members also have attitude issues. On one visit, I ordered a chicken biscuit, and half of it was just breading with no chicken. The breakfast lines, both inside and outside, are a real hassle almost every morning.

The drive-thru wait is excessively long. The Chick-fil-A model for drive-thrus seems to be the most effective. Alternatively, consider having customers with larger orders pull forward while handling quicker, simpler orders. I've seen many cars leave your drive-thru line out of frustration due to the lengthy wait. Those are potential customers heading to another restaurant, which could have meant more revenue for you.

For some reason I didn't want just cooked fries mixed with bin fries. When I stopped them from doing just that I get told of their process for removing old fries. I wasn't applying for a job, I just wanted fresh fries.

The thin elderly lady at the drive through this morning was quite rude. They didn?t get all of my order, and when asked about it she simply said we are out. No one said they were out of gravy and biscuits at the time of the order. But the lady at the drivethrough was unreasonably rude about the whole situation. It?s hard times, I wish people like this didn?t have to interact withthe public. Really hate it for her coworkers.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was terrible— the woman at the drive-thru was extremely rude. They were out of ice, gravy, and, it seems, biscuits as well. We were charged for a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, but never received it. It's really unfortunate that finding good service seems so difficult these days.
