Contribuisci feedbackOn 2/28/22 we visited the bandera bowling center for the 18th birthday celebration of my sohnes. we put an order on the theke of four bottled drinks, a 5 piece of wings/calls and a offer/call menu. there were two people who took concessions, a gentleman who commanded them and another one in the kitchen. the men who took the orders seemed to be overwhelmed when the line was held back and the cook worked in the kitchen and knew his sweat/face on his arm during the work. I mentioned this to the men who take the orders and he said nothing to the cook. a 30-minute waiting period I went to the front area to let the manager know that we had too long waiting time and about the actions of the cook, and I was told that it literally both of these people first day in reaction I said that the cook was not a 10 year old child and had to know that his actions were uncareful/inappropriate. I asked for a refund for the waiting period an carefree food preparation, which was as if I was wrong and no answer was given. I left my ticket, as it was not prepared yet, and I would not eat the food prepared by the employee. I leave a review and either search my food correctly and in time or a refund will be issued.
The first time there for birthday party. had only one person at each station (food, shoes) for almost 2 hours for our eating. had children in our tracks as if it were a playground. not to monitor personal on the floor. never again?
Don't come here! there are better places to bowl in sa. $1 popcorn tasted like .2 cent popcorn. burned, cold ecles. I ordered my food 7:40 not until 8:45 and my team was already done bowling until this time. only 2 young children work in the kitchen. 1 dame at the bar. this place needs a new manager! asap! 0/5 stars.
It was a Friday night and the alley was incredibly busy. It took like 10 mins to get to the front desk and when we got there we found out they were out of shoes so we had to just use our own. The alley console was a bit janky and didn’t work sometimes but overall the experience was good and the workers were very friendly.
Food took to cook over an hour and 45 minutes. When bowling sometimes Bowling pins were not reset for the next player so then the new player had to play with only six pins versus a complete set. Shoes need new lacing. Game room would be good to have reopen with video games or maybe even a couple of pool tables. If you have people playing during covid and not wearing masks or taking temperatures at the door, but no video games due to touching..... that does not make sense. Two stars because recognizing military or senior discount.
