This is definitely not the Zinger box I was expected , if not because I was too hungry to go back and ask for exchange but 100% would not visit again Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

While the food was delicious as always, I did encounter some issues with my order not being quite right. Despite this occasional hiccup, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. They were quick to address the issue, apologizing for any inconvenience and promptly rectifying the mistake. Their professionalism and willingness to make things right left a positive impression on me, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction. Additionally, the overall dining experience at KFC Leppington was pleasant, with a clean and inviting atmosphere. While order accuracy is important, the outstanding service from the staff more than makes up for any occasional errors. I'll continue to frequent KFC Leppington for their delicious food and commendable customer service.

Wicked wings, hot crispy and original pieces all were old and cold. Nuggets and chips were fresh though. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
