RUDE RUDE RUDE! If I could give a zero score I would. I have been here before out of tourist season and had a pizza here. It was a ok pizza. I took my family there this August so we could get pizza and sit on the rocks to watch the sunset like many people do. The woman at the counter was arrogant. She said I couldn 't order takeout she was too busy. I asked if we could sit on the outdoor tables and she rambled at me in fast italian. But I understood that she was saying that either way there was a VERY long wait for pizza. So I could try. I could see no evidence of it being 'too busy '. I was the only person waiting to order and only 2/3 of the tables were taken. Her attitude and deliberate fast italian can only make me feel like she was being rude to me as a foreign tourist and would prefer Italians only at her cafe. I 've experienced bad service in Italy, so I understand that service here is hit and miss. But she was being RUDE. Because as I was leaving I saw two other groups of Italians going to the counter and ordering takeout!!! No problems for them!!! If you are a foreign tourist then I recommend trying somewhere else. In fact there is a restaurant right next door that offers pizza on their menu. I don 't know if the other restuarant it is any good but this woman doesn 't deserve your money. If you are an Italian then I recommend you also try somewhere else, because it is people like this woman that are giving Italy a bad reputation. My suggestion: If she hates tourists so much she should close her pizzeria during summer. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I went with my cousin to get two takeaway margherita pizzas to eat on the rocks, the prices were not written outside and when he told us that two pizzas cost €28 we decided to get one for €14 euros (a takeaway margherita pizza € 14 I have never seen her) in my opinion since we were children they took advantage of us. Furthermore, the service was terrible and the staff was rude (the gentleman had asked someone behind us something and my cousin made a mistake and answered thinking that it was addressed to him, then the gentleman approached speaking in an incomprehensible dialect and gave my cousin three slaps on the stomach). The pizza was very badly packaged and when we opened it the toppings were all stuck to the cardboard lid. When we ate it we realized that there was an excessive amount of oil inside, not to mention that in the evening it remained on my stomach and my stomach hurt all night. I'm a great lover of farinata, I've had it in many places in Liguria. Here I found it so good that I stocked up for home. I paid 2.50 for each piece of farinata, so I would say top prices! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €1–10
