Very nice personel, great food, cool location/restaurant.

The food, setting and serving was great, I love the rustic surroundings. Great selection of meat and beers, which are brewed locally two kilometres away. Loved the energy and the passion from the owners, I can't wait to go back. Yummy yum yum!!!!

Hands down the best brisket sandwich I've ever eaten! The meat was very juicy, smoky and sinfully delicious! What's even better is that the restaurant really cares about their customers. A few days before my visit I had mailed them with an audacious request, i.e., for a vegetarian dish, so that my wife could enjoy a meal from the same place. I got a prompt reply saying that they could fix us a vegetarian burger. So, excellent customer engagement too! So one might be wondering; hey! why you no give 5 Stars That's because the Veggie burger, aptly named The Fake burger', looked like the real thing, but tasted quite bad. It seems like a lot of effort was put into making the burger patty look and feel like meat but the importance of taste was forgotten in the process. We did a take away as well (involving a 15 mins drive), which probably made it even worse. But even taking that into account, the veggie patty was disappointing (2/5 stars). However, if you are a meat lover, I highly recommend the brisket! I see myself going back for the brisket and to try out the other BBQ'd meats on offer and probably pick up some veggie burger from Max for the wife.

Well, i heard great things maybe i was just unlucky however burger was served dead cold and felt no passion in the food whatsoever, way too much salad in one burger on top of that. 140kr for a cold burger? No thanks. (Edit, here's proof yes i'm pretty sure

I have lived in Gothenburg for 5 years and have made it my mission to explore all the BBQ and burger joints in the area. I can confidently say that Mugwort's Eats is a slice of heaven. Whether you're craving brisket, ribs, or Iberico, all cooked in the American BBQ style with perfectly smoked meat that practically melts in your mouth, this is the place to be. You won't find a better spot anywhere else.
