Fantastic food, well prepared and presented, and a lot of it. Also the deserts were very good, Crème brûlée recommended with Genpi and chocolate lovers....Beautiful, well thought out restaurant with immaculate table. Unfortunately because of the bad snow La Turche piste and lift were closed what was a shame. The restaurant is accessible from Les Gets via the B-Bus (not late outside the French holidays) or 15 minutes walk 2 minutes drive from the city.
On a beautiful sunny day we arrived at this restaurant at the lower edge of the slopes. We were not greeted, so went to the bar and asked for a table. We were told that there is nothing outside, but could sit inside. Very little English spoken....We had to wait so long to be served and longer for a drink. So much that I had to get up and ask for them how we were ignored. People arrived and sat outside. They also took tables from the restaurant and pulled them out. The food was okay, the service was terrible. The price was high. We feel that the French have priority, but who knows
Delicious and different food, I was glad to find vegetarian options as well as local specialties, great location right on the ground of the slopes and quiet area, easy to find and possibility to park. The staff is beautiful and welcoming, the waiter Manu is super...friendly and speaks good English. I recommend this place and will come again!!
Friendly service. Fantastic location for ski excursions and easy walk to the city. Eat well. Would highly recommend.
Ideally located for some of the best runs in Les Gets. Not so far from town that a walk is out of the question and there is a bus that runs regularly during the day to and from town that stops outside the hotel. Ski...hire is from the shop next door. The restaurant has a great aspect of the slopes and is perfect for apres ski and a good meal if you don’t want to head into town. Typically French menu covers the essentials. Boot room is easily accessible as are the lifts to the runs as they are outside the hotel reception. Staff are friendly. Rooms are modern, warm with plenty of storage though not very big. Beds are big and comfortable. TV is all in French. Wi-fi is hit and miss. Room views are nice. Breakfast is continental, served cold and covers the essentials. All in all a great venue, slightly off centre but better for it. A bit of a find I think.
